Oil in coolant 700

Last month I noticed motor oil in my coolant reservoir, but my 1989 780 Turbo runs the same, no real difference. I flushed the block and used a head gasket sealer addative in the coolant. It didn't work, I still have oil in the coolant, about a quarter inch on the surface of the reservoir. What is the cause of the oil leaking into the coolant? I don't have any water in the motor oil or steam at the exhaust. Thanks...........
