Motive bleeder--can I convert it to screw into my old style M/C? 120-130

Bought the motive power bleeder from IPD. Person at the counter didn't indicate it might not work for my 66 122--It doesn't. "Oh, you've got the old style master cylinder."

Has anyone converted one of these to adapt to the female master cylinder? I guess I'm looking for some sort of reducer/adaptor. Any suggestions appreciated.
