I am in need of the dimensions for the dash of a 740 GLT 16 Valve. I know that the exterior is slightly different to other models along with other specs, as such I have stated the full model. I am almost certain that the internal specs and sizes are the same as others. What I would really like is to find an auto CAD drawing of the inside. I am planning a little remodeling of the interior dash and need to make housings and similar. If there is sufficient interest I will post the final adapted drawing along with specs for the housings when finished. I would also like to know the exact amount of space (height) under the front seats when fully forward and fully back along with the amount of space that is never touched. I realise that the weight of the person sitting in the respective seat will cause a loss or gain of space. Normally I would just go out and measure myself and make a drawing, however the car is not in the same country as me at the moment and won't be for some time as it is in need of a new engine!

If there is anyone in the UK selling a 744 / 745 GLT 16 Valve for a reasonable amount let me know. I am really only interested in the engine the body can be as rotted as you like as long as it has passed it's MOT until end of June 06 when I will be returning with the car to Sweden to start the transplant.
