Globalization has definitely arrived. This is the first time I've noticed a genuine Volvo part sourced from Taiwan. Part number 971099, the flange locknut for the tapered stud of the ball joint, a critical fastener, lists Taiwan as the country of origin. Usually I see Sweden or Germany on the labels. Has anyone else noticed Volvo parts coming from Taiwan?
