oil leak inside car? 200 1993

Hello. My '93 245 has started a slow drip of what appears to be motor oil onto the driver's floor, right about where the heel of my foot rests. Is this a known or common situation? At a recent fill-up I noticed that the oil dipstick was not fully seated, which I assume may suggest a clogged flame trap, but I have not seen this condition before or since. Any advice appreciated.

ps - Is '93 the only year for ABS on the 240 series?
