A few O2 Sensor questions.... 200

Check engine light on. Code is O2 Sensor. Car runs fine, fuel mileage might be off a little but no other problems.

Question 1 - Is it possible to attempt to clean it of any contaminants?

Question 2 - Opinions please - Should I bother replacing it at this stage or wait until it really goes bad??

Quesstion 3 - If I decide to replace it, what's the cheapest and best option?
