tightening alternator belts on a 88 240q 200

I want to tighten my alternator belt just a little on my '88 244. I was wondering how that should be done. I see that there is a little tension bolt and then some other nuts. Will I need leverage to move the alt or? Also, specifically what bolts do, I need to move? Thanks for any information and happy bricking. Prestend that I'm an idiot and give me all the details. I seem to by parionoid screwing something up. Thanks agains and happy bricking.
