automatic Trans., idle adjust? 900 1993

Hello,

I've read in the FQA about an idle adjust function for an automatic. I have an unstable idle (1993, 940 w/ LH 3.1 Calif.) and this code was one that didn't appear correct in test mode. I can't find any info on how the ECU compensates for idle with an automatic transmission (I assume Park to Drive idle-up). Is there a seperate sensor that I can check? (That the ECU sensor check tests for.)

Any help would be appreciated.
