I picked up my turbo 245....needs a few things.. some advice? 200 1983

hey guys, just to let you all know this is my first turbo of any kind. I got it for dirt cheap so there are gonna be some issues. I got it home and it would barely run, both fuel pumps were screaming and making all kinds of racket so i just replaced the in tank pump... along with this i replaced the plugs, cap & rotor, air filter and fuel filter. After doing the in tank pump last the car fired right up and idled great and seemed to run out just fine. The main pump is still making all kinds of racket and different frequencies of buzzing... Who else thinks that the main pump is probably shot too?? I know the car had almost no gas in it when i got it and had been sitting for quite some time so they were probably sitting dry that whole time. I dont really want to drop $250 for a new main pump. Does anyone know of a good place to pick one up fairly cheaply? Also, on acceleration the car will smoke. The exhaust smells like a mix of oil and bad gas (i just filled up the tank on the way home with it) When i replaced the plugs, the old ones were quite dirty and oily. It runs just fine now, but i am not excited about having a turbocharger rebuilt either.. is this a sign of that?!?! This car is a great project though and has fantastic sheet metal, no rust at all anywhere. Any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!
