Ran out of gas nwo starts but won't stay running 200

Hey guys, my daughter ran her 85'240 out of gas this morning. I put some gas in the tank and finally got it to start but it won't stay running if I touch the gas pedal. Did she run some crud into a fuel filter? Is there some trick to the fuel injection on a B230 that I should know about? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
