drivetrain 900 1993

When the engine and tranny are warm there seems to be slip in the drivetrain.
I replaced the clutch and resurfaced the flywheel (OEM Volvo parts).
The problem keeps existing above 3000rpm and 80% boost. My dealer keeps saying that the engine puts out to much torque. ( it is chipped to 190 hp)
My question is: How can you determine whether the clutch slips or the OD unit slips? The problem occurs in all gears and with or without OD engaged.
