I've seen two different header pipes on 240's. Thats the pipe that comes off the exhaust manifold and bolts to the cat. We all know they crack and leak and welding them is a waste of time. Where are you guys getting the newer style 92 pipe with the loose flange on the rear that bolts to the cat?
