Rear wheel stud broke at sams 200 1990

I have a 240 dl 1990, and got new tires at sams, they said the studs were stripped and will break if they remmove the lug nut, when I got home I attempted to remove the lug nut and the stud broke. I was wondering how to replace the stud on the rear wheel. Any help would be great thanks
