Can 700 rims fit on a V70? 700

I have a nice set of 16"x7 rims I got off a 700 series (Volvo rims p/n 1229998, also says 6Jx15x25 on them). Will these work for my '99 V70 AWD? The bolt circles are the same, but the 740 has a 20 mm offset (I think) vs the V70 38-43 mm (tires.com says) offset?
