What should my valve lash be set to?? 140-160 1971

So I have the new Isky/IPD street performance cam in my car and I am driving it rather "grandpa" style for the first 5-700 miles to break it in gently. I am approaching the 500mi mark and I wanted to check the valve lash this weekend. Then I thought maybe it would be a different than stock setting with the aftermarket cam? What should I set them too?
