Identifying rear suspension 700

Hi all. I just (yesterday) purchased a 1992 740 GL wagon. Its been 5 years since I've owned a Volvo and vowed to return. Well I have. She is in EXCELLENT condition with all dealer service records.
Here is my question. I noticed on one the service records, the tech mentioned replacement of rear shocks, but the customer declined. I was looking at fcp and they mention with or without Nivomat shocks. How does one identify if my car has these shocks? TIA.
