fuel 'pipe' cracked 700

I was under the hood of my "90 740 GLE 16valve wagon and noticed that the fuel
hose connecting the fuel rail w/ the ?starter valve? or whatever in front of the firewall was cracked. No fuel leak at the moment so I taped it up real good. I notice its like a double hose w/ hard plastic inner and soft rubber outer, approx. diameter 1/2". It's about 12-13" long and I need to replace it.
The dealer quoted me about 38.00 $ plus two washers. Can anyone tell me where I might find it for less? Thanks and loving all my 4 volvos!!! 2-240's 1 740 and 1C-70. Aboutt 700,000 miles on em total.
