My dash lights dont come on, at all. Ash tray light.... nope...Not ever...

but my temp gauage and fuel guage...well when I start it, they dont move..and the battery light comes on. Sometimes the batt light will go out and the guages will work... some times it just stays the same... not sure what to do.

Also, windshield wipers decided they didnt want to work anymore... no notice...they just quit, without even a strike...they just quit.
