Car won't start-no voltage at coil 700

I have just over 1 volt at the coil. No spark. Replaced ignition control module and computer box by passenger side kick panel. Tested Hall sensor off of the car. Got the 0 - 5v spread at the blue wire and 11v at the red wire. Even heard the fuel injectors as I spun the shaft. In the mean time, can I jump 12v from the battery to the coil without damaging anything? Thanks, Bruce
