The pick up ring on the distributor of my k-jet cryrsler igniton finally broke the the thin foil piece the sends the the ignition signal to the rotor. Its a white disk that goes underneath the rotor with a wire and connector that has three round prongs. It cost an arm if brand new but I'd like to try the junk yard first. There only one or two Volvos that are not the correct donors since they have the LH bosch system, BUT there tons of Chrysler and Dodge and Tons of other american cars. Does any one know the quivalent cars that I could scanvenge for Crysler ignition system parts?? It would be of great help not only for me but for others to use as future reference.
