I want to build a 240 for cheap racing... 140s would need to go... For now... 140-160

What do you guys think I should keep? I was thinking of parting the two cars, or maybe getting the title stuff sorted out on the 145 so I can sell that as a complete car. As the 142 sits, I doubt I could get anywhere near the money I'd like to for it with the engine being crappy, and the interior and body being crap as well. The 142 has good parts on it though, newer bushings, brakes, u joints, motor mounts, sway bars, Pertronix, Magnecore wires, awesome rebuilt HIF6s, newer Skandix exhaust, + some other stuff I'm sure. Then I have my 74 block, and two 74/5 heads, one with core shift, the other without(good candidate for headwork). And a whole bunch of random junk. I took the IPD bars off of the wagon, so the only redeeming thing it has now, is a pretty straight body without much paint, and a good motor. Otherwise it's a rats nest I'd say. Runs though. Both cars have KYB GAJs, 142 has new front ones on it. If I swapped the motor from the 145 into the 142, I think it'd be sweet, but that takes more work than I have room/time for pretty much. Right now anyway.

Thoughts? What to keep? What to lose? I'll definitely build another 140 in the future, but while I don't have much time/money right now, I'd rather get rid of most of the stuff(and neither of my 140s are that great as they sit), and make room for a 240 to use as a "spec240". I'll be able to fund a lot of the stuff on the 240 this way, and I'll have one less car to take up space at other peoples places.
