Where's my ground? (fuel relay) 200 1987

Hi,
I have trouble starting my '87 240 sedan.
However, if I ground the blue/green wire from the fuel relay, this allows me to turn the car on no problem. Grounding that wire also allows me allows me to hear the fuel pump working by just turning the key slightly. So, I figure that (blue/green) wire has a bad ground.

Question is, where does it ground to? If I can find it I can clean it up.
