I am trying to diagnose a no-air-out-of-vents problem. I checked the check-valve, air goes in one way but not the other. So I assume it is working. I read in the FAQ about a vacuum tank that is supposed to be behind the front bumper, but I can't find it. The little hose from the intake manifold goes directly into the firewall. Is my tank somewhere behind the lower dash?
