Just recently purchased a 91 240 wagon w/ 211k. Mechanically the car is very sound and the interior is very good. Problem is it was parked regularly under a very sappy pine tree and the paint is pitted and faded along the roof and hood. My first reaction was no go on the purchase but then after talking to the guy and realizing that mechanically the car was well taken care of so went ahead on the purchase. Question, What is the cost to repaint a wagon the original color (Volvo Silver)? Nothing fancy, just to protect it from the elements and keep its resale value.

Also, 2 months ago my gold 90 volvo wagon, lic.# ZZM 378 was stolen in Portland, OR.
If you happen to see it, Please call the police.
