95 960 engine replacement low signal to injectors 900

we swapped a S90 engine for the old one which was bad and we needed to change the temp sensor and install the egr and now the car will not start it sounds good rolling over but there seems to be a weak signal to the injectors possible ground not installed the two packs on either side of the intake were working before the job so I am at a loss any ideas thanks
