Any tips for changing rear end bearings 200 1987

In my volvo i have to change the rear end bearings. They whine when i drive. i know i have to change it. I ordered the parts from Eeuroparts.com and now i need to do the work so i thought i would check in with the experts to see if you had any tips and cautions or if there are any step by step instructions.
