installing a header panel 200 1984

Need to install a new header panel (or headlight mounting panel...you know, the thing the headlight sit in?...hard to explain) which was hit in a wreck and fell right off. Completely destroyed. Does anyone know where i can get a used one cheap and if they are easy/hard to install?
