Help with frozen strut tube nut? (see pic) 200 1993

I've had a slight nocking noise in the left fron side for quite a while now.
Will nock when I push up and down on the right front side od car.
Looks like a loose strut tube nut to me.
This nut is frozen and will not budge either direction.
Any suggestions?
Is it OK to keep deiving like this?
