taillight rewire 200 1990

All,
I am looking for an old thread. It involved someone who rewired their 245 rear lights to use the foglights as runninglights and/or turnsignals. It was posted with pictures. I am having trouble with the search function. Anybody remember the thread and know how I can access the info.
