Trailer Hitch Recomendations wanted for a 97 960 Wagon 900

I have just inherited our '97 960 wagon from my wife and am going to begin trailing with it. I am interested in recomendations on which hitch to buy. In particular I am interested in one that does not reduce the rear ground clearance of the car, because we have a funny dip coming out our driveway.

I will be towing a 2500 pound boat trailer. I assume I want to add a heavy duty transmission cooler. Any recomendations or advice would be welcomed
