Oil Blowing out from the cap 200

I just bought a volvo and it currently has 215,000 miles on it it runs great but has oil all over the engine and under carriage. It also looks like there might be oil leaking from the head gasket. Can anybody tell me why I might have oil leaking from the oil cap.
