I worked some more on my seats today. I wasn't able to complete the project, but I did finish the bottom. I'll tackle the backrest tomorrow.
I spent approximately $60, more than I wanted to, but $15 was for a new cable cutter and $10 was for a canvas tarp for the fabric.
I repaired the heavily damaged foam cushion with adhesive spray and canvas. I used turnbuckles and cables for the new seat bottom structure, as well as the lumbar support. I was able to fine suitable springs along with everything else at the Home Depot.
In the pictures, the white wire mesh were left over from a simple, inexpensive shelving system that I bought at Target for my son's room (I believe the price was $15 for the shelves). The carpet is a floormat that came with the wagon. I'll get some rubber replacements for all 4 seats soon.
Anyway, I will take more pictures tomorrow, especially of the canvas repair to the seatback cushion. Here is a link to the pictures of my repairs.
