Hi friends:

Looking old photos I find this, It always like me, the way Patricia (my girlfriend then and my wife nowadays) is moving away from the Volvo parking at Portosin fishing port (Portosin is a small village in Galicia in the north of Spain near my town).

I took the photo 10 years ago and today it brings me happy memories.

At weekends my brother drove our Ford Fiesta, my father lend me his Volvo (I was older than my brother!!) I drove the Volvo with my girlfriend along the Galicia coastline roads visiting small villages, beaches and so on... Well, today, me and Patricia still like this and although we know roads, villages and beaches very well, a little Patricia travel in the back seat of our car and she wants to know all this.

I hope ask to my daughter in another ten years: Do you want to take a stroll on your grandfather’s car? So I’ll try to preserve my father’s Volvo.
