regina fuel pressure 900 1993

Have a question regarding the fuel pressure on the regina pump, what is the pressure suppose to be?

I have'd a daunting time fixing a hesistaion, stalling, no start problem on this car. This is the most time I have spent on a brick. The car will start, as soon it you put in drive, it hesitates and looses power around 2k rmp. Above 3k-4k rmp it will be fine, sometimes it won't be fine and stall. Car gets no codes, all clear.

I don't have a fuel pressure tester, but I did hold the fuel line with my thumb while cranking the engine and it has very little to no pressure at all. Comparetively on a bosch pump (OTHER CAR) there is considerable pressure. The pump is working, it pumps fuel out but it seems to be low pressure.

Now I did replace the fuel pump, did not notice any leaks in any fuel lines and filter was replaced. I did make sure the install and wiring were correct.

Also I have replaced/checked every little sensor except the knock and temp sensor. I even replaced the computer no luck, did the relays, rmp, map, air temp, fpr, wires, plugs, idle air.

Thanks
Haroon
