updating to higher output alternator on b20 140-160

I'm looking to install a 100amp alternator on my '71 145s. I've got a b20. Does anyone know a stock alternator w/ that power that will mount to the block w/out major mods. I don't mind changing pullies, but if I can get it to mount via the single bolt hole in the block and w/ the stock tensioning arm, that would be nice. I'm thinking a ford, GM alternator? Any ideas? I'd like to get rid of the external regulator and just have more power.

thanks,
Jay
