96 960 Starter Change Question. 900

My starter on my 960 will sometimes engage and sometimes will not. Temp hot or cold has been run or has not been run no difference. O.K., No problem change the starter. 2 bolts go through the block and into the starter (18 mm bolt head). The 3rd bolt is connected to a bracket that mounts to the engine block. How do you get to the 3rd bolt located on the motor? It is tucked away under the manifold. I just glanced at it so I am not real sure if it is something that can be done in my yard.
