crackle in speakers 700

with the Key On Engine Off on my 90' 780 the system sounds great. When the engine is on there is a crackle in the front speakers only at louder volumes. Two things to note, it is an after market pioneer deck, and th jbl amp out back that was there when i got the car, very nice install whoever put it is but all factory wiring and speakers, any ideas??
