I went to fill up my sister's '92 240 with petrol late this morning, and when I went about reseting the tripometer, the button wouldn't push in to reset. Upon arrival back home late this afternoon, I pulled the cluster out(without disconnecting any wiring) and tried to ascertain how I conceivably could fix this problem-without success. The button appears to have broken off right at the flap(at the very back). I was thinking of heading to the local do-it-yourself dismantler tomorrow morning, and seeing if I couldn't figure out how to get this issue resolved. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very happy to hear them. Thanks, and have an absolutely wonderful weekend! Cheers :)
