Heater Hose Clamps - Difficult reach! 200

My heater hose clamp (refrence the link below if you ae unsure of the one i am talking about) is the suspected culprit of a coolant leak I ran into last friday--i'm having a hard time getting to it as the hose clamp is at a funny angle (the screw is facing the firewall). I can't seem to get it off with any amount of tools, I even bought a $17.00 modified rachet wrench w/flatheads to get it off. There is only about 2 inches of clearance between the screw and the firewall so there isn't any room for a normal flathead. Any suggestions?
