I am replacing a 93 B230 turbo engine in my 940. The engine I have from the boneyard came with an EGR valve attached. My 940 never had a EGR. Should I just disconnect it when i install the new engine ? Advice ? Other than helping with emissions, when/why were EGR's used ? My 92 740 never had one either. thanks guys for any insight.
