Frecuency valve question on k-jet system (TURBO) 200 1983

Hi,
Recently I fix an vacumm leak comming from the 1st. injector, but I note there is no buzzing comming from the frecuency valve. I remove a line to the turbo gauge and start buzzing, and I close with my finger the fitting from the intake maniflod (there is conected the line to the turbo gauge) and there is no buzzing again. I think is the the problem is the mixture (CO adjustment) what do you think? any advice?
