89 Volvo 244 ( Dead engine ) Questions about Turbo 740 engine install? 200

I bought a 89 244 for $150 bucks. Engine is shot, oil on plugs.
I looked at the paperwork for the smog from the previous owner and
it was said to be a gross polluter. and that the engine should be changed.
Question...Can I change the engine and install a 740 Turbo in to this car
without modifactions to the frame or body? Whats a good price for a turbo
2.3 liter engine these days? If im correct I just need to change the ecu
harness, exaust system correct? Give me some ideas Bricksters..Thanks
