Help!
I am not able to find, using the search engine, the procedure and codes to use with the self-diagnostic system for my 1990 240 wagon. I found them here once before but have lost the printout. In case I am searching the wrong term, it is the information necessary to investigate why the 'check engine' light is on, instead of relying on a mechanic. I get no results at all for 'self-diagnostic codes' and if I search 'check engine light' I get thousands of results unsorted by year or model. I also reported it as a software problem but received no response. I understand that the people who run this website may be swamped with such requests, but my worst fear is that they have stopped supporting the 1990 models for such specific information. Any advice?
