Bypassing sedan rear lights circuit board 200

There was a post some months ago re. bypassing the 240 sedan rear lights circuit "boards".

Can someone point me to that post?

Our '90 sedan has very cranky rear lights. I'd like to hard wire the incoming wiring directly to the bulb holders as in the post that I remember seeing. I'm sure it will be easier with the Brickboard post information.

Thanks.
