It's time to sell it. It's all sorted out, engine, suspension and driving wise.
I've been through it completely, and it's time to move on.
1974 145e "Orange Alert" aka "Mabel"
Ford T5 5-speed tranny, new clutch and pressure plate, clutch cable.
(Vperformance.com adapter plate)
New control pressure regulator.
New factory recall gas tank and pre-pump.
Replaced front and rear suspension bushings.
Bilstein TC's, Michelin Arctic Alpines on 240 steel rims, IPD front sway bar.
Rebuilt b20, rings, bearings, hone, valve job, oil pump, ARP head studs.
Factory tachometer.
Electric cooling fan and thermostat.
Stock exhaust.
Replaced heater fan, 240 style heater control (lever).
240 front seats and 4 door panels.
Newer shiny paint. Older solid but imperfect body. Minimal body rust.
No underbody rust, all solid, including rockers. Some pinhole rust in rear passenger door and rear wells. Originally an Oregon car. Spare key from "Eugene Lock"
No radio. No air. No power steering. 4-wheel power disc brakes, though.
Looking for $2.5k(?)
Spare alternator, starter, various parts included.
I want a car with a radio. I will post pics ASAP. Please ask tech questions for now.
