745T turbo boost 700 1992

Hello all. I normally visit the 444-544 board but I also have a '92 745T. I am thinking about putting an ipd performance cam and gear into it along with a turbo boost and fuel/air monitor. Anyone have any experience with this and what are your thoughts? Is the return on investment worth it?
