I've got a set of nice condition SU HIF6 carbs that I installed on my Amazon's B18. I initially installed them, and could not get them to sync up with my limited skills. I posted for help and got somewhat conflicting responses. I ended up switching the SU HS6's back and left it that way.
Since I acquired a carb-syncing tool (yes I know they can be superfluous, but it *really* helped me) I've been able to do a better job of getting the dual carbs properly syncronized. Yesterday, I decided to give the HS-6s another try.
I got them snyched up and what appeared to be mixed properly.
Although it idled well, and reved well, when I took for a short jaunt, I got the familiar sputtering and poor driving.
Any ideas how to proceed?
