loss of power - clogged catalytic converter? 700

Experiencing bogged acceleration and loss of power, and turbo needle seems to go into the yellow area WAY before the engine boost seems present. Almost like there is a leak or something, but I Seafoamed my car about two weeks ago and the symptoms started shortly thereafter.

So what's a good way to test to see if my catalytic converter is clogged?
