stalling 900 1996

car hesitates on acceleration such as trying to pass. check engine light stays on/ buzzing sound from under car/ the car does this with or without a full tank of gas and when idling it shacks and cuts off. it just started doing all of this 2 days ago. please help thanks 1996 960
