Trade 940T for S70 900 1992

My brother recently acquired a 1999 S70 volvo with 160,000 miles . It looks like it is in good shape, one owner car. I am thinking about trading it for my 1992 940T with 170,000. My 940T is in great shape. Rebuilt turbo, I do have to feed it oil but runs fine. Gas consumption is not the greatest.

Does this sound like a good trade? Are the S70 more problems (5 cylinders)?
